Bimetal Casting CWI
It is a high chromium cast iron wear-resistant composite material developed by our company.
This product not only ensures the hardness and wear resistance of high chromium cast iron, but also improves the overall toughness of the material. The wear-resistant composite material of high chromium cast iron is composed of a layer of carbon steel with good toughness on the bottom layer of high chromium cast iron by a suitable composite process, which can buffer and absorb a large amount of impact force when the material is impacted.

NI Hard Liners & Blocks
It is to add 3.0 % – 5.5 % nickel and 1.5 % – 10.0 % chromium on the basis of ordinary white cast iron to obtain hard and wear resistant martensite matrix+M3C carbide structure. The wear resistance of Ni-hard casting iron is better than ordinary white cast iron, and it is widely used in mining, power, cement, ceramics, casting and other industries.
