Weld Overlay Wear Plates

Overview:

ALD100 is a clad plate manufactured by welding high chromium,abrasion

resistant material to a steel base metal.

The overlay material consists of hard chromium carbides provides high abrasion resistance and the backing plate used as structural support contributes to good formability.

ALD100 is suitable for severe abrasion and low to moderate impact environments.
